Back in March 31, 2008, you wrote: "Since the Board is taking actions to turn Ampex over to Hillside in opposition to shareholder interests, we have no other options but legal ones to stop the theft of the Company. I'm investigating those legal options right now and will discuss with you as soon as I can. Please don't assume what those options might be at this point. All shareholders have been damaged by this, so we will probably need to join together to stop the Board." Can you please give us an update of your endeavor in stopping the board? Thanks for all your hard work on behalf of all the long time shareholders. Also, it would be greatly appreciated if you could give us your source of the Bankruptcy Court's approval of the Ampex's Bankruptcy Plan and Disclosure Statement.
