Mark Levin is on now...expressing all sorts of reasons why the SC decision is so terribly, terribly wrong. Imagine having our Soldiers now having to gather evidence for the prosecution!!! Among other things. Tomorrow, there will be a transcript of todays show. Mark discusses the earlier ruling by the Supreme Court that gives rights to enemy detainees. The Justices, in a 5-4 ruling have conferred rights to the enemy terrorists that do not, and should not have any rights under the Constitution! Mark gives a legal walkthrough on the steps that led up to this decision, and how these liberal activist judges have completely disregarded the Constitution, and all legal precedent. The Justices have just made American citizens unsafe in a time that we are at war.
