I'm not so sure it reflects positively on the court, or that the act in question really stripped anything which is now being destroyed. Throughout our history we have been able to keep captured enemy combatants without putting them through the US court system. Changing that is rather problematic.

BTW Russ Feingold must know what he's talking about. He's worth 400 million dollars and rich people are always worth listening to.
