Is that a difficult thing to sell? Are you HONESTLY saying that you think N. Korea was JUST as much of a threat when Bush came into office as they are now?

It IS just conjecture that they had 2 nukes when Bush came in. They might have had none or just one.

It's NOT just conjecture that they have SEVERAL now. The rods they pulled from the Yangbong reactor were PRIME grade weapons material and it's pretty accepted that they had enough to actually waste some on an underground test.
