its an alliance to all the regimes in the world. I agree in principal. But that is what makes it better. It's not an entanglement so much as it is a forum. Now the truth is - it isn't used very well and that is because the checks and balances that make an organization function well are missing or broken. The whole distortion of permanant Security Council members and vetos mean that the power structure is still locked into the end of WWII instead of changing with the times. The U.N. is the right answer, when it is reformed. TP
