I've been hearing Obama supporters elsewhere call McCain's pension a welfare ripoff. Is that a smear?

How about the alleged affair with a lobbyist?

Or the claim McCain has PTSD?

It's not a smear to ask if Obama attended a Muslim school. Both his father and stepfather were Muslims, and Obama did not attend a Christian church until he joined Jeremiah Wright's racist hatemongering Trinity. It's a legitimate question from voters--especially when the candidate has been surrounded by so many Anti-Americans.

Talking points from campaigns are just that; either statements candidates want to push or statements they use to deny and refute.

The question of whether or not Obama is Muslim is debatable. Many people have spent hours considering his heritage and the implications of his having been born to a Muslim father, Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr. who has been described as a 'non-practicing' Muslim.

Obama, the candidate, has stated that he is Christian; that I believe; however, there is another body of thought that declares that he was born Muslim and will always be Muslim with out regard to whether or not he is currently practicing the Muslim beliefs or is non-practicing.

Americans will be concerned about Obama's heritage and they should be concerned. Each voter will decide for himself or herself.

This goes beyond the romantic story of Dorothy from Kansas that Obama romanticizes in his books.

I suggest you go to Lindy Bill's site, Politics For Pros and read the discussion that has flowed in regard to this question.

Tell Obama's brother to stop smearing him!

Malik Obama: "My Brother Will Be Good For Jews Despite His Muslim Background"

Nuance?

Barack Obama's brother Malik told the Jews not to worrry that Barack will be a good president for the Jewish people, "despite his Muslim background."

The Jerusalem Post, via LGF, reported:

Barack Obama's half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background.

In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya.

Barack Obama's brother Malik Abongo "Roy" Obama is a Luo activist and a militant Muslim who argues that the black man must "liberate himself from the poisoning influences of European culture."
