Big news is hard to suppress for long. Sooner or later people will start simply laughing at them. As it is, they have problems. Recently I saw copies of the big three - Newsweek, Time and the US N&W report. I couldn't believe how thin those issues were. Maybe 1/3 of what they used to be. Probably, the line will be something like -- Yes, Iraq is a victory, BUT 1) at a great cost 2) the war was unnecessary and 3) much of the fighting and suffering occurred because Bush provoked otherwise peaceful Muslims. Those who believe them will be happy to welcome those, or any other lies.
