I think if that is taken into account that Apple's average will be in the same neighborhood.

So if you are right about the mix of unlocked phones, they used to get ASP + $240/2 on average, and now they only get ASP. Are you assuming the 3G iPhone carries that much higher an ASP? Even if true, gross margin is taking a huge hit, with the expectation of course of much higher sales volumes.
