That's somewhere in the range from "shady" to "criminal". Exactly where in that range is uncertain. My point is not that its ok (even if its merely "shady" and certainly not if its seriously illegal), but that I don't see any reason to focus a lot of my attention on this specific issue. He's already under investigation, and there are so many other concerns I consider a lot more important. Basically he isn't a pet peeve of mine, and also he isn't very relevant to the point I was making about Iraq.
