They're not jams, there's just not enough space for everybody at the crossroads when the lights are red. I have never experienced that a bicycle didn't make it over at green. Btw - here is one of the new bridges for cyclists only: www3.kk.dk It has been set up, but it still takes a couple of weeks before it becomes available for cyclists. Here is one of the new bridges over the harbor, it can open up for ships passing. It's only for pedestrians and bicycles: cphx.dk Note, that it's a slideshow. The bridge is 190 meter long.
