Sigh, Karen I didn't mean my comments as a personal attack on you; just an editorial comment, even a suggestion. If the point you wished to make with that link was that privatization plans were common rather than you thought privatization plans were a good thing, it made sense to say so and here was a bit of information to that effect. It's not as if we never have these conversations about privatization here. As for your position on it, as I recall you emphasized the dangers of a transition. I don't recall whether, overall, you thought it was a good or a bad.
