If the full certificate documents Obama's parents as knowingly unmarried in 1961 I THINK we know two things. Obama's Father had a Nigerian wife at the time Obama was born, so at best, it was a bigamous relationship. And Obama knows the truth about this. But I guarantee you this. Anyone who tries to make political hay out of this will get his or her lunch handed to them. OTOH, if this was true of the Republican candidate......:>)

So glad you brought that point up about the certificate that is being posted by Kos. That is simply a current paper record from the State of Hawaii verifying that he was born much as a wedding or divorce is recorded and can be verified via a paper document. What would be of interest is when and by whom the State of Hawaii was notified of the birth along with a copy of the original application as filed by the person or persons. One thing for certain, Obama can't criticize the Mormons for their practice of polygamy in the 1800's or any candidate who has been legally divorced as his own family background raises numerous questions. Of course, we can't talk about that----it would be off limits. mj (not Michael Jackson)
