I've been ordered to make a marinaded flank steak and home fries for Father's Day dinner.

Marinaded Flank Steak

1 3-4 lb Flank Stead
1 cup Yoshida's Teryaki sauce

Score flank steak on the diagonal both in both directions on both sides of the meat. (don't cut too far into the meat or it will fall apart)

Pour sauce into a shallow pan that is big enough to fit the steak so that it lays flat.

Put steak into pan drenching each side and marinade for at least 2 hours, but no more than 3.

Take steak out of sauce and grill on hot grill until it has reached the desired done ness. Discard sauce.

Cut into slices on the diagonal and serve.

Simple and yummy!
