I don't see why it should be so difficult.

I'm impressed with how many people here are so much smarter and so much more visionary that I am.

<<<I agree that you have to decide what to do with terrorists,>>>

I still don't understand how these terrorists are any different than any terrorists in the past or any that are likely to surface in the future.

Do we have to redefine terrorism each time a new group appear on the scene with new grievances or new methods for terrorism?

It seem like treating terrorists as ordinary criminals seem to work. The largest group of terrorists that have ever invaded our country has been those 18 guys with box cutters on 911.

Realistically, we do not have to prepare for terrorists that will invade our country in division strength. Most likely, the most dangerous terrorist in the future will be a one of type or a small group type with a creative and an enormously destructive capability.

Our abilities to deal with large scale invasion has been honed and well tested.

Perhaps I am dense, but could you please try to explain to me why we need to drastically restructure our society to deal with terrorists?

Why can't we treat them like criminals?
