Probably need to join you guys with the fish oil and give more thought to the diet.... My son in law is the kind of doctor who doesn't do you any good until after you're dead. He claims he's not a real doctor, but he did go to med school. At med school he says they give you about fifteen minutes of nutrition education, which makes sense because he likes deep fried foods and burned meat. My daughter is forcing him to eat vegetables, which he will deep six if she's not watching.
