West, I rarely recommend posts, but I just recommended yours. Your roadmap matches mine. People do not seem to understand these cycles occur in various manifestations across secular inflationary/deflationary environments. The roadmap you provided could easily have been 1987-1992 or 1997-2002. Or even 1977-1982. The only difference is the "flation".
