I would hardly compare affirmative action with a wealthy father. I'd take the latter any time.

To receive the benefits of affirmative action, you must excel. All African-Americans don't get accepted to Princeton. Only the brilliant ones do.

To receive the benefits of a wealthy father all you have to do is be relatively unretarded and not too grotesque looking. Congrats to Cindy for qualifying.
