The Clinton economy was hardly just dot.coms. These aren't dot.coms:

The Bush economy has hardly moved it, in eight years.

The growth P/Es of the dot.com stocks that blew up were based upon a WorldComm idiot that wrote an Internet growth report that Bernie sold 24/7 to just about all of the stock analysts that swallowed it hook, line, and sinker, including CNBC.

Needless to say, the forecast was terribly wrong. It had said the Internet would double every hundred days, and Worldcom even said in its 1998 annual report that Internet was growing at 1000% a year. It has been documented that even AT&T used the model in their business decisions.

Now Bush is the scapegoat for shutting it all down and throwing their asses in jail.

Liberal logic as they say....
