But I doubt we have people who have advanced degrees in meteorology, climatology, atmospheric physics, atmospheric chemistry, hydrology, hydrometeology, and atmospheric sciences. But we should have people with enough education and judgment not to be fooled by someone who say they have a petition on this subject signed by thousands of people with phd's. That means nothing. They have to have relevant education and relevant experience.
