I won't make another post on CC on this board. Sam, I hope you'll reconsider. I've learned a great deal from your CC posts. I've not seen anything that might remotely count as a "hand grenade" from you on this topic or any other, for that matter. If you decide not to post on CC here, please let me know if you plan to do so on some other forum. I want to be certain to bookmark it.

There are a whole host of data points that are consistent with warming and change. Sam, we KNOW it's warming. Virtually everybody knows it's warming. My post, to which you responded, acknowledged that it's warming. There's no need to defend what hasn't been challenged. I'm not really interested in "discussing" the subject with people who are "deniers," Me, neither.

Tell me where you are going to make them as I have gleaned a lot of information to ponder reading your posts.. You make a lot of sense to me. Scientist,geologist,, meteorologist whatever... common sense and an explanation that is understandable is important to me.

Sam; Arrrrggggg! Yesterday as I drove to the kids for fathers day I spent the entire time while driving reading the rather lengthy Vanity Fair piece that was posted by spiel3(?) to my wife. I then left the piece at my daughters place for their reading. That is how change is made - one read at a time. While not directly relevant to CC, it touches on it. You are one of the very few people here that I try to read every post. Please reconsider - or start a thread GW does not interest Dale - he has said that. But CC will effect every single issue that he and others do find important. He has said he will continue to allow post, just not personal insults. It is the people who don't find GW an important issue that need to be convinced if indeed it is happening. steve
