The union domination is a figment of your imagination like so many things. GM and F are in the trouble because of many wrong decisions over the past 50 years. Its been written about in books......the GM culture......how it prevents new inventions/ideas from reaching fruition. The backs of the unions were broken long ago. Try to get up to date.
