The source of corruption is not the Fed, it's the printing press. If US congress gets the printing press, things will get Zimbabwian in a hurry. -g- One could characterize the current phase of the global crisis as capital chaotically looking for protection from the loss of purchasing power. It can't be in bonds. Not in mortgages, obviously, not in corporate bonds, not in treasuries.
