McSame, son of a navy admiral, got 26 medals for crashing five planes, logging only 20 hours of combat flying, getting shot down, captured, supposedly being tortured, confessing to being a "black air pirate" and a "war criminal" after ten months for bombing Vietnamese civilians. Sounds VERY Bush-like to me.

The five planes he lost did earn him the nickname "Ace" from his fellow pilots. Nobody wanted to fly with him.

Actually, there was schrapnel lodged in a couple of locations in his body but I know that's nothing to your war heroes. BTW how many medals did you get?
