You need some sort of process to establish who to let go. What's unfair about letting them all go? A do over? If you can find some way that's fair and reasonably resembles a just process, to separate out the serious from the unserious, without using existing criminal court procedures, then I'm all ears/eyes. I seem to recall that's what was supposed to have happened after the last ruling. It seemed at the time that something was going to be put into place. I don't know what happened with that.
