BC, I understand your perspective, but if there were smoking and non smoking restaurants you could attend a non smoking establishment and the smokers would not be allowed to light up there. If one of the smoking establishments was so good you really wanted to go, you would have to make the personal sacrifice of dealing with the smoke or not go. That's no different than the smoker that is climbing the walls on a smoke free flight or in a restaurant because he can't smoke.
