Depends on how you define rip-off ... the old mining law was too good to be true, not enough in it for locals, recipe for revolución, would have been changed sooner or later no matter what, could easily have been more extreme than what we've seen so far ... there's plenty of healthy middle ground for all parties concerned to meet in, imho dmm/aru - last at 3.75/5.19, hoo-hah ... i still say Dynasty makes the better percentage return by month-end, but sure don't plan to sell any Aurelian here
