We are a country without competent leadership in the middle of a crisis. Unfortunately I think we're in the first baby steps of the crisis. With no end in sight. Start a crash program today, and we might see the first small but significant results in five years. And a solution in maybe 15 years. That's a good percentage of your adult life... and frankly the most of the rest of my natural life. And we haven't started the crash program yet... people are wringing their hands because gas is expensive when that is only a symptom of the root problem.
