HK Disneyland stinks so much that I don't even want to go there, and most people have a bad impression over the abusive top management issue. Ocean Park is still one of the icon in hk since 1977. In fact, I went there in 1979 watching whale and dolphin wild animals. That alone can really beat the sit out of Disney. I think HK Disney is doomed from the get-go with a bad business model... But with the high oil price, i doubt the theme parks can maintain profitability going forward. So Wong Chuk Hong may be many many years away (or decades) from fruition. I couldn't think of the place can be flooded so badly after news report few weeks ago.
