Obama is smart as hell and a natural born leader. People like that learn real quickly and master the subject at hand because they know how to think. And they are so rare. I was state director of three agencies and I learned everyone on the job and hired thinkers rather than 'experts". We need a president who is a big thinker like Abraham Lincoln or Thomas Jefferson. Obama is that big a thinker and respects the importance of learning. Bush has no respect for learning. We lionize John Kennedy today because in retrospect, we can see how smart he was and brave.
