That depends on what you expect to be a reasonable rate of growth.

If you think the Dow should double every seven years on average, that represents an annual growth rate of 10%. The dot-com boom starting from 1995 (the birth of the WWW, give or take a year) had an annual growth rate well above 10% even for the Dow.
