Next 60 months could be a wild ride in financial.

Let us wait and see if the Greater Depression would hit hk

Let us wait and see if the Iran War and the dispute of island nations can affect the demand of emptied spaces

Fun wager indeed

there is inflation and inflation.

Type 1 is printing local GCC currencies for the dollars you receive from oil exports.

Other inflation (Type 2) is prices going up because there are bottlenecks.

Rods, harbors, ships and containers... These are the bottlenecks that cases prices to go up.

Those can be solved and are being solved as we speak. The type 1 is more complicated.

Emerging markets have been running on the infrastructure build to support a OECD-sized economy. Like the old Internet running on dial up on a network built for telephony.

Now Emerging Markets are building the new infrastructure to support the new scale. Once those improvements come on stream, second stage start to burn and we witness another sudden boosting skyrocketing even more.

Like you Broadband always on Internet of yesterday. But it will not stop there, we will go broad band and wireless tomorrow... Lots of things to improve still...

Meanhile don;t worry abot Type 2 inflation. Worry about printing type inflation
