Suggest when you have one of your very infrequent lunch breaks that you read "Slavery by Another Name" written by the WSJ Atlanta Bureau head, Douglas Blackmon. This book about what was going on re the Blacks between the Civil War and WW II in our country might just give you a new perspective on "hate speech"...very doubtful though...your very infrequent lunch breaks are just too short.
