So you have a mistaken memory, like I said faulty cognition, not the guy I want leading the troops Then you want someone who is supra-human leading the troops, because everyone has such mistaken memories to a greater or less extent. Even those at the extreme low of this particular trait, those who are less likely than anyone else to have such mistaken memories, the best trained and most skilled observers, will still have such mistakes in their past. And there is no reason to think they will be particularly good presidents. Such observational skills and detailed physical or mental note taking aren't a major part of being president.
