Who is protecting another member of the gated-community from being exposed? He was fired from his last job as a mortgage originator for Nationwide Equities Corp. last year when it was discovered he was receiving checks made out to him from Magic consulting. This is the company Michelle (Sirian) McDonough owns. Floyd was writing up invoices on Nationwide Equity's letterhead to Magic consulting instructing Magic to pay Nationwide for some phony service he made up, and too have Magic consulting make out the checks payable directly to Floyd D. Schneider. He did this many times before it was discovered and he was fired. Floyd's dishonest past started long ago when he was in college at the University of Miami and his dishonesty continues to this day. It includes but not limited to the following: Gambeling with bookies, Credit card fraud, embezzlement of customer accounts and check forgery at Shearson Leman Brothers, when he was a stock broker there, this is why he lost his series 7 lic., Insurance fraud when he owned and operated the F.D. Schneider insurance agency in Bradley Beach, NJ. est. est, est,. His dishonesty is still ongoing today with the things he is doing.
