Takes liberal minds to say we should respond to lower production (in the US at least) and high prices by NOT drilling for more oil.


There is such a huge disconnect in logic and simple business "laws" like supply and demand in liberal minds - you can only account for it via partisanship.

If we were talking about the transcontinental railroad they'd have built it from one end only. Of course we need conservation and efficiency but we need to find more oil to be independent as well.

Have you ever considered a future of more than 5-10 years....do you ever think about future generations, maybe even think of your grandkids and greatgrandkids???? Have you ever given consideration to the nations future, the earths future...or do you just care about your own ass now...

same logic to say we should raise taxes on gasoline and triple the price of food to save our economy from the high cost of oil.
