one note: it is expected that religious fanatics do suicide bombings and such, but one does not really expect true fanatics to come to power

and i would say no true fanatics rule over any nation in the middle east

in the case of n.korea, its regular navy submariners are expected to and do commit suicide when trapped in boat during peace time

you do see a qualitative difference i trust :0)

meaning i figure iran is far less likely to the point of near impossible to use 150 bombs, even when it gets them, than is n.korea to use a single one available when pressed
