A couple of posters replying to the article in "Well" disagree on that question. [#27 and #43]

One cites the Wikipedia article which says:

Reports suggest that some aspect of the wine making process converts piceid to resveratrol in wine, as wine seems to have twice the average resveratrol concentration of the equivalent commercial juices.

Wiki recommends Muscadine grapes as having by far the highest concentration.

I suspect that taking supplements [which I do] is the easiest way to get a substantial amount... and let other factors determine your wine drinking.
