Norway, the United Kingdom, and Canada allow offshore drilling and offshore oil production? Are these generally liberal nations insensitive to protecting the environment? Canada has production in the arctic not too far east of ANWR and also off the coast of Nova Scotia. Is the Canadian coastline not environmentally important? I've said....dig off the coasts of CA and FLA but don't dig the ANWR........or at least only as a last resort. And one last comment......more drilling is not the answer to our energy problems..
