That weekly shows an impulse down. That's what you asked for. I'm also confused by you saying that to posit an impulse up since March you have to have a completed correction ending in March. Am I mistaken that a C wave is 1) and impulse and 2) possible after a B low (which is what I theorized happened in March)???? Correct me if I'm wrong on those points.

Also, on your chart, which is surely better than what I have I freely admit, I'd note that your ii and iv show no alteration in your C down, and your ED could be quibbled with (I'll leave that to Shack aka Mr. ED). Plus you've got a big red X wave there which is often a big red flag. Not saying it isn't the right count, by the way. Just saying that there remains a possibility that we have more down ahead, both wigglewise and even beyond that... and all without us being in a 'bear'.

And just to show I love ya, I'd note that that last SPX low wasn't confirmed by the indicator soup :-) To da moooooon (or at least back up to the 1350 area?)
