Lots of cultures clashing with lots of people and not enough good jobs is a bad mix. I grew up in the Bay Area and that is where I went back to. I spent the winter roaming the west coast playing poker-lol. I was very carefull in the Bay Area and I grew up in the streets. Stayed on the top of a mountain in a Marriot with a lot of police who were hididng out too-lol. Played $15/$30 and $30/$60 at the Oaks in Berkely a lot. clean, and safe-lol; lots of security. Oregon seemed much more in control.
