If I read you correctly, you're saying our reserves are not unlimited and are draining down....



Our proven reserves are drawing down and have been for some time - the likelihood of another huge find is low even in the unexplored areas - but to borrow a phrase "every little bit helps" - we could possibly double or triple our reserves but after that, then what? That said we need time to get alternatives up and running. On the natural gas side they are finding more and larger reserves all the time - but that doesn't work in my car.

Of course the possibility of shale oil puts us in the catbird seat - but that's not ready either.
