Sounds good to me. I always liked the little wild trout. Take them home and brine and smoke'em. They peel of the bone, and that is some sweet meat on cream cheese and a bagel.

I'm socal now. I catch mostly perch and halibut off the beach. I keep and eat the occasional perch. The rare legal halibut I catch is gone in a day, between friends and me.

Fishing takes you to the ocean.

What could be better?
