Face it Ten, S. Koreans are more concerned about imported American beef than N. Korea. Until that changes, N. Korea won't change.

Tenchusatsu, It's hard to discuss ways to handle N. Korea with you, because you don't seem to offer ANY options of your own. If you don't think Clinton acted properly, then how do YOU think he should have acted toward N. Korea? Do you think that Bush got the best result he could have gotten in dealing with N. Korea? When Bush leaves office, we are going to be in pretty much the same position with those guys, except they will now have MORE nukes and an underground test under their belt. Tell me how YOU would handle N. Korea if you could plan our strategy going into the NEXT Administration.
