I believe you set the tone on your very first reply and thereafter took delight in your contrary view. I hardly blame TSL for being exasperated, it is hard to raise hackles on TSL, you are a stand out in that regard. You have in fact repeatedly denied explicitly that naked short selling exists and continue to portray it as standard short selling, which we all accept as part of the process, the two are not the same.

I agree, don't care a whit about any individual crusade ie: Puplava. Nonetheless there exists an official list of those who have failed to cover their shorts, it is published, yet I don't see where they are called to account for that. I presume your understanding of the process includes the shorts having to cover those positions at some point? If they do not have to ....???
