I haven't heard that, the story here is Seattle wouldn't waste money on a new facility. That's right.....the current facility is only ten years old. However, Seattle was prepared to upgrade the facility to meet current NBA requirements. Why can't you liberals get together and ban their choice to leave? Works on the people's choice for schools. Why should we? We are going to sue them in court. And let me add.....all major league sports are out of control in the demands they make on cities. It pisses me off to no end that we have a football stadium for the hawks that gets used 4 months out of the year and a separate stadium for baseball that gets used six months out of the year. The cost of these stadiums to taxpayers is huge. I think we're going to see more and more large cities tell major league sports to go to hell with their demands like LA did with the NFL over ten years ago.
