I posted info about ackmans position several months ago. a fund manager I know socially told me that ackmans position was common knowledge amongst fund managers for years. Finnerman on CNBC fast money was very outspoken about her paired trade of being long GS and short Lehman also for several months. I still cant see spending thousands of dollars for this info but I guess Im cheap. Meanwhile someone wants BSIC last time I looked it was up 7% on low volume. at $2.75 everyone is making good money on this one. CHK also doing well.
