It really doesnt matter who is at fault. That argument is so old and so meaningless. It absolutely DOES matter. We're in an election year, and there is a reasonable possibility we're going to elect Obama, a man who is totally unqualified to deal with these issues. His "change" mantra notwithstanding, if you put a man in office who has no clue these issues -- and he clearly does NOT -- then, we are destined to defer taking corrective action for another four years. The American people damned well need to understand that these problems were created by the Democrats. Only then can they expected to make a rational decision about our direction for the next four years.
