ahhhh You have hit upon it!!! You accept this behaviour as fact in international wars::: Like illegal wars,based on lies, torture prisons run by the very countries that preach freedom and constant lies and deception to the very public they claim to respect. but assume Wall ST. is sacrosanct and adheres to RULES. I suggest Washington and Wall St are not so very far apart.
