In my case, i have been unable to cut back much at all. The one thing my wife and i do is try to do the shopping in one trip and in one car but that means i have to spend more time with her ugh.

Exactly how much driving do you think is optional?

Good question......I don't know. Clearly, needs vary from place to place, from city to city and from city to country.

That's I want to start out with voluntary conservation. If that works, you don't to come up with driving options.
