I don't have high bp............the reading you got is normal for me.

Let us know if you ever get off of those bp meds. Either way, this is very interesting. I will pass your information along to someone I know that has high bp. He might want to try it.

Ive had bp spikes as high as 250 over 150.....and can get it as low as 100 over 57.......working up a sweat on the tread mill followed by a hot shower is the quickest way i khow of to lower bp.....also a water pill and no sodium for a day will take it down hard......lets face it.....sodium is a huge culprit for high bp....
